55 New Counts Filed in Case of Doctor Who Hid Video Camera in Hospital Employee Bathroom

Today, the Peoria County State’s Attorney’s Office added fifty-five new counts of Unlawful Video Recording, Class 4 Felony, on Henry Chang for hiding a video camera in an employee bathroom at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center.  Further investigation revealed that Chang set up cameras in two different employee bathrooms and recorded individuals using the bathrooms for over a month.   Detectives located over 100 recordings of victims on Chang’s computers.  Based on the new charges, a warrant in the amount of $115,000 was issued for Chang.

 

Law enforcement is currently working with OSF to identify victims.  More charges are still expected to be filed when the case proceeds to Grand Jury next month.
