Yes, there’s an app for that: today, Peoria County Circuit Clerk Robert Spears announced the release of a new smartphone application for his department. The free app is intended to serve as a new way for the public office to provide information quickly and efficiently to anyone with a smartphone, including jury duty information, court dockets, electronic form filing, and even ways to pay fines.
“We are putting our office and resources at the public’s finger tips,” Spears commented. “Users will be able to access a daily court docket, e-file material, search court cases, as well as obtain other useful Circuit Clerk and court information.”
The app was created by OCV, a company that specializes in creating apps for governmental entities and public safety organizations. For the Peoria County Circuit Clerk’s Office, the creation offers users quick and easy access to items of public interest.
The Peoria County Circuit Clerk app is available for download for free in the App Store and Google Play. Scan the attached QR code, search “Peoria County Circuit Clerk IL,” or visit apps.myocv.com/share/a83761602 to download.
