The Peoria County Highway Department will be closing Radnor Road between the entrance to Kellogg Golf Course and the entrance to the Golf Learning Center starting on the morning of Tuesday, September 27 for a crossroad culvert removal and replacement. During this time, access to the Golf Learning Center and Ridgeview Elementary School will be from the north while access to Kellogg Golf Course will be from the south. The road will be reopened by 2:00 pm the same day, conditions permitting.
