(Bellevue, IL) - On Wednesday, July 14, 2021, at approximately 4:30 p.m., the Peoria County Sheriff’s Office responded to 305 N. Apricot Ave, regarding the report of shots fired.

Upon arrival, witnesses stated they observed a male and female arguing in front of 305 N. Apricot Ave. The male struck the female then went back in the residence and retrieved a firearm and shot at the vehicle the female was in. The female fled the area in the vehicle and male suspect went back in the residence.

Peoria County Sheriff deputies responded and surrounded the residence.  Eventually four juveniles exited the residence and were detained and later released to family.

Information gathered on scene revealed the suspect was still in the residence. A search warrant was obtained for the residence, and the Central Illinois Emergency Response Team (CIERT) responded. At 10:25 p.m., the suspect--Myron K. Fisher, 18 years old, of Peoria--exited the residence and was taken into custody. Detectives searched the residence and located a firearm.

Myron Fisher was charged with Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm and Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Firearm. Fisher was booked into the Peoria County Jail. He currently has no bond provisions on current charges and will either go to bonding court at 2:00 p.m. today or tomorrow.
