Court Administration: Courtrooms / Court Scheduling
Court Administration is located in room 215 of the Peoria County Courthouse. That office is responsible for setting appointments for the Court appointed mediator, Guardian Ad Litem, and the Visitation Center.

A case must be filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk before a hearing may be scheduled.
Civil courtroom 203, 210, 213, 214 and both divorce courts (322 and 323) utilize direct scheduling through the deputy clerk in the courtroom or via email. Contacts for the respective deputy clerks are as follows:

Uncontested guardianships of a minor without an estate (property or income) should be scheduled with the Circuit Clerk's office.
All felony, misdemeanor, traffic, domestic violence and juvenile court cases not already set for hearing are scheduled directly with the deputy clerk of that court.
